Like an experience that feels all your own, a restful night knowing that you are in a place about to experience something rare, even if only to you, with every need perfectly catered to - be it made in a 5 star kitchen, or fireside grill by a masterful genius. I’ve been lucky in life to experience the most exclusive of experiences surrounded by those who it seemed second nature. And it is spectacular. Every need catered to with back-bending fervor. Heads cocked back in laughter, seemingly, not a care in the world.
I can play this for a bit, but not long. I’m not sure I will ever feel at home here. Give me leaves on trees making shadows. Give me kind eyes and a real story about a dog. Give me 4 white haired women laughing in puffer coats, giggling about the foibles of their lives and stories from the trail.
